As the only rowing club on Auckland’s North Shore, NSRC serves as the regional rowing provider for both North Shore City and Rodney District, serving a population of over 300,000 people. ST GEORGE'S ROWING CLUB - Is one of New Zealand's oldest rowing clubs and has active schools, club and Masters rowers. It was established in 1883 at St George's Bay, Parnell, Auckland making it New Zealand's second oldest rowing club. The development of Auckland's waterfront forced it to move home several times until in 1949 it relocated to Panmure, on the Tamaki River, where it remains today. AUCKLAND ROWING CLUB - Was established in 1869 and is located in the suburb of Mt. Wellington in Auckland, New Zealand. The club has been through a total of six location changes and the club's present site is at Ian Shaw Park, at the Flat Rock area on the Tamaki River. The Club is made up of around 250 members, including approximately 100 affiliated through Epsom Girls Grammar School, Sacred Heart College, and Diocesan School for Girls. Both male and female members participate at all levels from U15 and novice through to masters, in both sculling and sweep oar events throughout the rowing calendar. HAWKE'S BAY ROWING CLUB - Hawke's Bay Rowing Club, situated at Farndon Domain on the north bank of the Clive River, about 2km from the mouth. The first club in the region was formed 1874 in Napier. Following the 1931 earthquake that lifted the rowing course in Napier above sea level the club moved to its current location. PETONE ROWING CLUB - The Petone Rowing Club (PRC) is located on the Petone foreshore, in the harbor of Wellington, New Zealand. Formed in the year 1900, the Club has a long standing history of developing champion rowers, with a proud history filled with local, regional, national, international, and Olympic achievements. The PRC attend local regattas at other rowing clubs on a regular basis across New Zealand, and attend the New Zealand National Championships annually. AVON ROWING CLUB - The Club has always traced its origins back to the formation of the "trades" rowing club in 1881, and its change of name to Avon in 1884. As the original name of "trades" denotes, the first members were drawn from the ranks of the young artisans and mechanics.
